    Terrible customer service. Wouldn't return a mower that didn't work after only using twice. Charged for service call without communicating it in advance. Won't be utilizing their store in the future.

    I purchased a home warranty to repair or replace certain items in my home. They have a service agreement with this sears. A technician came to our home and diagnosed the problem with our washer. He said he would order the parts and they would be shipped to our house. We set up time for them to come fix it. About a week later when it was our time for them to come they called and canceled because they didn’t get done on time with the previous job. Then they couldn’t come fix it for a month. We had to deal with a washer that was getting worse every day. On the next appointment they called and canceled again. Their excuse was the other technician (who doesn’t work for them anymore according to the technician that called today) didn’t order all the parts that were needed and it’s a two man job. But they would have to get back to us on when they could fix it next time. So now we have to wait longer because of their technicians incompetence. This is unacceptable to me. Very disappointed and unhappy with their service. I do understand that people make mistakes but it should not take over a month to get your washer fixed. The way shipping is now you can have stuff delivered overnight. Obviously this is not a priority for them. Update. It was finally rescheduled for the 15th of December. Now they have called and rescheduled again until the 19th. This is the 1st time I have had these problems with any company. The sales department might be good, but I would not recommend the service department to anyone.
