  We hired king services to repair two water damaged bedrooms & a hallway. They hired floor coverings int. to do the work. They use floor coverings int. as their 3rd party vendor. Jerimah with fci, was supposed to handle all the paperwork with paul & rich, with king services. We trusted the wrong people. Not only did floor coverings international's workers GLUE down our new FLOATING FLOORS, (THEY DIDN'T EVEN READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX), the owner, dan, billed king services for 3 months & then billed us after paul with king services, refused to accepted his role in this mess. Floor coverings int. has been the worst company to deal with. Dan with fci. claims to be an easy going guy, but that is FAR from the truth. By the way, they didnt even have their customer sign a disclosure or an estimate. We didnt sign anything. The law in Washington state says any work over $1000 has to have a disclosure signed before any work is started. We wish we would of known that. Dan says we have to pay this bill we didnt authorize, before he will help us. WOW! Beware of this company.
