Having to travel to store 4x just to get a replacement head, we were subjected to verbal harassment by a man who should never be allowed to work there again. Never, ever, ever like ever shopping there again! Get better employees for Christ's sake or you're running the risk of driving away every customer you've ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!
